The Leads Den acts only as a data processor

We are not liable for client misuse

DPIA: You are responsible for conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments where required

API Use: You are responsible for lawful data handling when using our APIs or integrations


Underage Users: If you grant access to anyone under 18 (e.g., employees), you are solely responsible for verifying eligibility, securing guardian consent if needed, and ensuring lawful use under employment/privacy laws. The Leads Den assumes no responsibility for misuse.
